An Estate Sale is a means to sell the entire contents of a home (including garage, outbuildings, etc.) quickly and easily. The sale is held in the home - usually over one weekend. Our Company arranges and prices the items for sale on multiple platforms. We run the sale and can also help with  clean-up both before and afterwards.

A smaller version of an Estate Sale. While an Estate sale generally is the liquidation of the entire contents of a family home, a downsizing sale occurs when some or most of the items have been moved out, but a significant number of items remain. The sale is still held in the home, and our company's role is the same. 

An online auction differs from an Estate or Downsizing sale in that people bid on individual 'lots' of items on-line. The items are then picked-up at the home or if a smaller sale, may be picked up at an alternate location. In this type of sale, our company photographs all of the lots, sets the opening bid, markets the auction on several platforms and oversees the pick-up of sold items.

Many times the things that people think will not sell actually will. It is a good idea to call well ahead of listing the property, or well in advance of when you wish to have the sale - as it takes time to set-up and advertise the sale. We also know of instances when a sale has sparked interest in purchasing the home itself. 

We are located in Northeast Ohio and primarily hold sales in Aurora, Hudson, Chagrin Falls, Solon  and nearby areas. 

The goal is for you to make money from the sale of your items in the easiest manner possible. Generally  our company takes a percentage of the overall sales total. This percentage is predetermined before any contract is drawn-up.
